Are you an agency?
Not quite. Agencies are expensive and slow, we are affordable and fast. We are a small team that uses our expertise in design to help you generate marketing assets and build your brand. No complicated contracts – no fuss.
How do you charge for your services?
We have fixed prices for each design service, and that includes one revision. After the first revision, we charge hourly for all our services at $45/hour. When you book a project, you will provide all project details, and we will reach out to you if we have additional questions before beginning design work. In many cases, we can start and complete a design project without requiring action from our clients.
Who will be working on my project?
We are a small, close-knit team: a project manager, 2 designers, and an email marketing expert. That’s it! We love what we do, and are passionate about providing great design and email marketing solutions at affordable rates.
What if I don’t like my design?
We want to win your repeat business. So, if you are not happy with the first design, we will do our best to improve it with your feedback. After the first free revision, we charge $45/hour, and will share with you the time estimate to make the required changes before proceeding. If you are still unhappy with your design, we will offer a full refund.
Are there any contracts?
No – we offer a quick and easy checkout process so you can purchase design services as needed. We are certainly happy to sign your agreements (e.g. NDAs, vendor or white-labeling forms).
